GET FAST, SIMPLE TECH SUPPORT FOR YOUR BUSINESS
SUPPORT CENTRE
I get it — sometimes it's just one thing. A setting that won’t save, an integration that won’t connect, a tiny website tweak you just can’t figure out.
That’s why I’ve created this simple support option — to help you get quick answers without the fuss.
What’s Included — For Free
If I can solve your tech issue in under 5 minutes, I’ll do it for free — no strings, no stress.
Think:
A quick Squarespace setting or layout fix
Something not lining up on your site
Confusing error message
How-to guidance on a specific tool I work with
If It Needs More Time
If your issue needs more time or deeper support, I’ll let you know and suggest one of the following:
Power Hour (£100) – One-off session for focused tech help or mini training
Half Day (£350) – Dedicated time to fix or set up a single system
Full Day (£750) – For website builds or full system setups
No surprise charges — I’ll always check with you before moving to a paid option.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
You fill out a quick form describing your issue. I’ll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days. If it’s something I can help with in under 5 minutes, I’ll do it for free. If it’s more involved, I’ll offer a paid option — no pressure.
-
Usually something simple and specific — like a Squarespace setting that’s gone wonky, a form that won’t connect, or a small formatting issue. If I can sort it in 5 minutes or less, it’s free.
-
If it looks like it’ll take more time or require a deeper dive, I’ll suggest one of my paid options (like a Power Hour, Half Day, or VIP Day) and let you decide how you’d like to move forward.
-
In most cases, I’ll provide guidance-only support, meaning I’ll give you clear steps to follow so you can fix the issue yourself. However, if it’s a quick fix and I’m familiar with your setup (especially for existing clients), I may be able to log in and handle it for you. If more in-depth work is needed, I’ll recommend the best next step.
-
Yes! If you’re stuck and don’t know whether it’s a website, email, or systems issue — just explain what’s going on. I’ll help you figure out the next step.

No — anyone is welcome to submit a support request, whether we’ve worked together before or not.
