One issue. Up to 20 minutes of investigation or hands-on help.
If it needs more time, you can put your £35 towards a Power Hour or Half Day. If I can’t help, I’ll refund you.

If your issue needs more time or deeper support, I’ll let you know and suggest one of the following:
Power Hour (£100) – One-off session for focused tech help or mini training
Half Day (£425) – Dedicated time to fix or set up a single system
Full Day (£850) – For website builds or full system setups.
