Terms of Service

1. SERVICE. All services are provided by Angela Hope. Angela Hope provides specialist business technical support, and no services are outsourced. By using these services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

The services covered by these terms include ‘Squarespace Website VIP Day’, ‘VIP Full Day’, ‘VIP Half Day’, and ‘Power Hour’. Each service includes:

  • A 1-hour kick-off call prior to the VIP Day — Squarespace VIP Day and VIP Full Day only.

  • A 30-minute “on-the-day chat” — VIP Half Day only.

  • A dedicated working session of up to 6 hours, focused on assignments determined by the Client (3 hours for a VIP Half Day, 1 hour for a Power Hour).

  • A prep work guide for Squarespace VIP Days, or a pre-session questionnaire for all other services, to help define priorities and outcomes.

  • 30 days of follow-up support via email (not included with the Power Hour).

During the 30 days of follow-up support, the Client may contact the Service Provider with questions or concerns about the work completed during the session and will receive a response via email, message, or video tutorial. This support does not cover additional work beyond the scope of the original session. If additional work is required, the Client may book another VIP Full Day, VIP Half Day, or Power Hour.

2. TERM. Each session is designed to address specific technical issues or enquiries within the allocated time frame. The scope of the session will be determined by the information provided by the Client and the expertise of Angela Hope.

Clients are expected to be available via WhatsApp for the duration of their scheduled service to ensure the full allocated time is used effectively. Failure to do so may result in reduced session time.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. The fee for each service is payable in advance. A 50% deposit is required via Stripe at the time of booking for Squarespace VIP Day, VIP Full Day, and VIP Half Day, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session.

Power Hours are paid in full at the time of booking.

The current cost of each service is outlined on the Squarespace Website VIP Day, VIP Full Day, VIP Half Day, and Power Hour pages.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. I retain all copyright in any materials or documents prepared during the course of carrying out services. These materials are provided for your personal or business use only and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

5. COMMUNICATIONS. On the day of your session, communication will take place via WhatsApp unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not completely secure, and I cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by viruses.

My usual business hours are:

  • Monday 9am–4pm

  • Tuesday 9am–4pm

  • Wednesday 1pm–4pm

  • Thursday 9am–4pm

  • Friday 9am–12pm

During school holidays, hours may be reduced. Messages sent outside of business hours may not be read or responded to until the next working day.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION. All communications between us are confidential. I will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and business details, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the internal operations of my business (for example, to my accountant). Documents and information will be retained only as long as required by insurance obligations.

8. RESCHEDULING & DEPOSITS.

  • A deposit is required to secure bookings for Squarespace VIP Day, VIP Full Day, and VIP Half Day. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

  • Power Hours are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking.

  • To reschedule any session, please submit your request within 5 business days of booking. The new session must be scheduled within 90 days of the original booking.

  • Reschedule requests submitted after the 5-day window will require a new deposit or payment to book a new session.

  • No-shows are treated as forfeited sessions; deposits or payments cannot be applied to another date.

  • To reschedule, please contact angela@angelahope.co.uk with your name, service details, and preferred new date.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. While I strive to provide accurate and reliable technical support, I cannot guarantee that the solutions provided will resolve every issue. Technical matters vary depending on individual circumstances. My guidance is based on the information provided by you, and results may differ between clients.

10. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. No person other than the Client is entitled to benefit from these Terms of Service or to enforce or rely on any of the terms.

11. APPLICABLE LAW. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from these terms or any related matter.
