It is important to note that when you book a VIP Day, you are booking me for the DAY, not a set of deliverables. But because of my experience and my super-efficient process, I am able to achieve maximum results in our time together. How much we are able to accomplish depends on your quick response to my text messages throughout our day and thoroughly completing the questionnaires prior to starting, so keep that in mind when you choose your date.

Before the Day
Book your VIP Day and kick-off call – Choose your date and secure your spot with a 50% deposit.
Complete your to-do list – Fill out a short questionnaire to share your priorities, and any tasks to complete before the session.
Have your kick-off call – We’ll finalise your goals, priorities, and plan for the day.
During the Day
Stay in touch via WhatsApp – Quick, easy communication for updates and feedback.
Hands-on setup – I’ll focus on completing your tasks, while you relax or work on other areas of your business.
Check and finalise – we’ll review everything together, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure your systems or website are ready to use.
After the Day
Everything set up and ready to use – your website, systems, or tools are fully configured, tested, and ready to run smoothly.
Follow-up support – 30 days of post-launch support for questions or small adjustments.
Book extra time if needed - Additional VIP Days, Half Days or Power Hour Sessions are available if you’d like tech support for your small business.

I have used over 100 different systems and tools for many different clients. There is no “one size fits all” option. I have my favourites but we will work together to find the best fit for you depending on the complexity of your systems, budget and tech-savviness.

Most people don’t book without speaking to me first so after we have had our discovery call I will send you my booking link. From there you will be able to select a date and pay your 50% deposit.
However, if you feel ready to book, you can do so here.

If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can do so within 5 business days of booking, and your deposit will be applied to your new date. Your new session must take place within 90 days of your original booking.

Yes you can. When you have your discovery call I will be able to advise whether I think you will need any additional days.
You will be surprised how much I can achieve in one day, but if you require additional functionality then further days may need to be booked.

I will send you a questionnaire to complete before our day together. This will need to be completed before we have our kick off call, as this is the key to a successful VIP day.

The VIP day process is quite interactive so although we don’t need to be working together via video call, I will need you respond to my feedback requests or questions in a timely manner. Otherwise, this may delay my process and I won’t achieve as much on the day.

You have 30 days of support following your VIP day, where you have the opportunity to ask questions about the work that I have done.
Beyond the 30 days, you can book additional VIP days or Power Hours.
