I design new websites in Squarespace, but I am happy to provide edits for existing websites built in other systems such as Wordpress, Wix, Shopify, ShowIt or Kajabi. This is something we can discuss when you make an enquiry.

I will advise which Squarespace plan you will need on the day, and this will depend on the complexity of your website. In most cases I will recommend the Core Plan.
The current price of each Squarespace plan can be found here. As a Squarespace Circle Member, I receive a 20% discount for any annual plan.

If you’re ready to book a VIP Day, you can choose a date and secure your booking with a 50% deposit using the booking calendar here.

If you need to reschedule your booking, you can do so within 5 business days of booking. Your deposit will be transferred to your new date, provided your new booking takes place within 90 days of your original booking.

Yes. If your project is larger than we can reasonably complete in one day, we can book additional days to finish the work.
I’ll let you know if I think your project is likely to need more than one day before we get started, so you’ll have a clear idea of what’s possible within your chosen booking.

I will send you a prep-work questionnaire to complete before our day together. This includes every aspect of your website and systems, from style and colour to things like navigation and domain.
This will need to be completed in as much detail before the day, as this the key to a successful VIP day.

The VIP day process is quite interactive so although we don’t need to be working together via video call, I will need you to respond to my feedback requests or questions in a timely manner. Otherwise, this may delay my process and I won’t achieve as much on the day.

You have 30 days of support following your VIP day, where you have the opportunity to ask questions about the work that I have done.
Beyond the 30 days, you can book additional VIP days, including half days and power hours. I also offer an ongoing monthly support option.
